THE DOUGH! Fresh, flavorful toppings are very important but if you don't have a good base to put them on, that ruins the entire slice. At both locations of our Lake of the Ozarks Italian restaurants , we make our pizza dough from scratch using only the very best ingredients to create the perfect crust.     We use unbromated, unbleached flour due to health concerns surrounding Potassium bromate.
